As a Project Management Officer (PMO), you are the pivotal link who brings structure, maintains momentum in projects and supports project managers and teams in their work.
Project Management Officer
Our goal: The University Library carries out a wide range of projects that contribute to high‑quality services for students, teaching staff and researchers. In this position, you will primarily support two strategically important procurement projects: the procurement of digital examination software and the procurement of UM's Current Research Information System (CRIS).
Your colleagues: You will work closely with project managers and colleagues from the departments Education, Content & Support (EC&S) and Research Suppory and (RS). Organisationally, you will be part of the Staff Office. You will join a committed working environment in which collaboration, learning and continuous improvement are key.
As a PMO, you are the connecting link in project execution. You monitor progress, provide structure and ensure clear communication. In doing so, you make an essential contribution to the quality, planning and lead time of our projects.
