About the team

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Facility Management Intern, to support the Facility & Operations team at the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center (CAC) in Maastricht. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic international corporate environment.

These will be your tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist in coordination of facility services (cleaning, maintenance, catering, security);
• Support daily building operations;
• Contribute to health & safety initiatives (BHV/ERO);
• Support ServiceNow requests handling;
• Assist in vendor management and follow-up;
• Participate in facility-related improvement projects;
• Support reporting and administrative tasks.

  This is what we are looking for:

  • Student in Facility Management, Office Management or any related field;
  • Hands-on experience in facility management
  • Strong interest in facility operations and safety;
  • Proactive and structured mindset;
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and English;
    
    

    Knowledge of MS Office

  • Team player with independent working ability

  We offer you an internship in a multicultural, dynamic, and informal international working environment:

  
  
  • 5-6 months full-time internship, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (onsite at the office);
  • Internship compensation, € 800,- gross per month based on 40 hours per week;
  • Starting date: Februay / March 2027
  • The internship needs to be a part of your study program (during the whole internship), graduates are not allowed to apply.
