The function

About the internship

As an intern, you are an integral part of the CAC Communication and Change Management Team.

The assignment will focus on gaining insights into the existing communication and change management framework within the organization and supporting the team with daily activities. It will involve working collaboratively with the team and experts to implement the existing internal communication strategy and infrastructure tailored to the organization's needs as well as integrating change management elements to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new communication and change management practices.

The focus of the internship will be on clarifying the objectives of various communication types and determining how different channels such as email, newsletters, intranet, and social media should be utilized for communication purposes.

Additionally, you will be involved and support in identifying and addressing change management challenges, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting with change management initiatives during organizational changes.

The internship offers you the opportunity to become an integral part of enhancing the organization's internal communication and change management processes. By the end of the internship, you should have a well-rounded understanding of how effective communication and change management strategies are developed and implemented in a real-world business context.

Associated tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the communication planning;
  • Supporting the department with creating communications for different channels;
  • Video creation & photography;
  • Editing of various communication materials;
  • Supporting the organization of corporate events and employee engagement activities;
  • Internal and external company social media content creation;
  • Maintaining the communication channels and spaces;
  • Support in creation of change management initiatives;
  • Supporting in various employee engagement and recognition activities;
  • Supporting the Change Management in day-to-day activities.

Requirements

Who are you?

  • Student during your Master's studies within the field of Communication, Change Management, Consulting, or Marketing (Media design);
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal & written);
  • German communications skills are a plus, but not essential;
  • You are a great and creative communicator with a passion for content creation;
  • Knowledge of or affinity with editing and design software, such as Canva, Camtasia and/or DaVinci Resolve;
  • Learning mindset & attitude;
  • Confident to speak up and follow up on tasks with colleagues;
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic and international environment;
  • Have a passion for cultural change.

We offer

We offer you an internship in a multicultural, dynamic, and informal international working environment:

  • 6 months full-time internship, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Internship compensation, € 800,- gross per month based on 40 hours per week.
  • Starting date: February/March 2026
  • The internship needs to be a part of your study program, graduates are not allowed to apply.
