About the internship
As an intern, you are an integral part of the Corporate Communications and Change Management team. The assignment will focus on gaining insights into the existing communication and change management framework within the organization and supporting the team with daily activities. It will involve working collaboratively with the team and experts to implement the existing internal communication strategy and infrastructure tailored to the organization's needs as well as integrating change management elements to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new communication and change management practices.
The focus of the internship will be on clarifying the objectives of various communication types and determining how different channels such as email, newsletters, intranet, and social media should be utilized for communication purposes. Additionally, you will be involved and support in identifying and addressing change management challenges, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and supporting with change management initiatives during organizational changes.
The internship offers you the opportunity to become an integral part of enhancing the organization's internal communication and change management processes. By the end of the internship, you should have a well-rounded understanding of how effective communication and change management strategies are developed and implemented in a real-world business context
