Business Analyst in Sittard

As a Business Analyst Sales & Marketing at Boels, you connect business and technology. Your responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business processes and objectives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business workflows, data models, and system integrations to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Work closely with architects, developers, administrators, and consultants, to translate business requirements into functional requirements and CRM solutions.
• Perform gap analysis between current and desired business processes, identifying areas of improvement and proposing innovative solutions in our current CRM landscape.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive business requirement documentation, user stories, process flows, and test cases to support CRM implementation and enhancement projects.
• Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate CRM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to ensure effective adoption of implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest features and industry trends, and provide recommendations for enhancing our CRM system and driving business value.

What we offer

• A gross salary between €3.800 and €5.400 based on your experience.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or similar.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and Agile ways of working.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Salesforce knowledge or certifications are a strong plus.
