About the team

Are you a creative and tech-savvy student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic training environment? Join our team for an internship and contribute to the digitalization of learning experiences at Mercedes-Benz! We're seeking a motivated intern to support our training initiatives, with opportunities to develop skills in videography, digital content creation, and instructional design.

These will be your tasks and responsibilities:

• Developing engaging digital content, including videos, graphics, and interactive modules.
• Assisting with video recording, editing, and photography for training materials.
• Supporting the design and development of e-learning courses.
• Contributing to the administration and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS).
• Collaborating with trainers and subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions.

This is what we are looking for:

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Instructional Design, Education, Digital Content Creation, Communications, or a related field in Learning and Development.
  
  

  Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms, video editing software, and graphic design tools.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 and Rise, Synesthesia) is a plus.
  • Basic skills in video recording, editing, and photography.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
