About the team
Mercedes-Benz Retail Platform is the main information platform for our Mercedes-Benz retailer all over the world. The Mercedes-Benz Retail Platform provides current information, training & knowledge material, documentation & workshop processes to support the users in their daily work.
These will be your tasks and responsibilities:
- Development of a communication and engagement strategy for the platform
- Creation of an editorial plan for the platform
- Evaluation and integration of new functionalities together with the PO
- Development of innovative new communication formats
- Coordination and management of the moderation team, support, and content maintenance
- Development and implementation of overarching campaigns
Creation of content
- Support of the markets in the development and operation of market spaces
This is what we are looking for:
- Experience with social media (creating and managing campaigns)
- Good overview of the GCSP topics, strategy, and target groups
High level of creativity
- High affinity for texts and digital content
Assertiveness
- Conceptual and strategic thinking
- Experience in the professional management of service providers and employees
- Knowledge of trends and developments in marketing and communication, especially regarding the use of technologies
- Practical experience in marketing or communication
