Customer Care Performance (CCP) plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and strategic development of our global Customer Contact Centers. The department brings together several core teams, each contributing to the customer experience in a distinct yet connected way.
The Business Intelligence and Data Science team within Customer Care Performance acts as the CAC’s central data and analytics engine. We provide end-to-end reporting, analytics, and AI-driven solutions that enable the global steering of the Customer Contact Centers, supporting entities, and the voice of the customer. Through standardized BI products, advanced data models, and strong data governance, we ensure transparency, operational excellence, and insight-driven decision-making across the entire customer care ecosystem.
The PO is a strategic and user-centric role specializing in Data Science, dedicated to transforming advanced analytics and machine-learning capabilities into meaningful business value. It bridges the gap between business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams, ensuring that data products align with organizational goals and deliver measurable impact.
With a strong background in data-driven decision-making, Agile product development, and cross-functional collaboration, it leads teams in designing, building, and scaling ML models, intelligent tools, and analytics platforms that empower users and accelerate digital transformation.
