Operational Excellence Specialist (Data & Continuous Improvement)

As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you operate at the intersection of data and continuous improvement. In this role, you combine Power BI expertise with Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive measurable performance improvements across the site.

What you will do

• Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models to support business performance
• Translate operational data into clear insights, KPIs and reporting structures
• Apply statistical thinking and data analysis to identify trends and root causes
• Lead and support Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) improvement projects
• Work cross-functionally to ensure data insights are translated into process improvements
• Engage with stakeholders across all levels, including senior management
• Drive adoption of both data-driven and continuous improvement practices
  
  

What we are looking for

• Experience in a regulated production or manufacturing environment (e.g. pharma, biotech, automotive)
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) with hands-on experience
• Strong experience with Power BI (dashboarding, data modelling and visualization)
• Solid understanding of data analysis and statistical methodologies
• Experience working with structured environments (e.g. SOPs, GMP or ISO)
• Ability to balance data, process improvement and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain overview in a complex environment
