The function
About the internship
Are you a creative and tech-savvy student eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic training environment? Join our team for an internship and contribute to the digitalization of learning experiences at Mercedes-Benz! We're seeking a motivated intern to support our training initiatives, with opportunities to develop skills in videography, digital content creation, and instructional design.
Associated tasks & Responsibilities:
As a Training Intern, you'll play a vital role in modernizing our training programs. You may be involved in:
- Developing engaging digital content, including videos, graphics, and interactive modules.
- Assisting with video recording, editing, and photography for training materials.
- Supporting the design and development of e-learning courses.
- Contributing to the administration and maintenance of our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborating with trainers and subject matter experts to create effective learning solutions.
Requirements
Who are you?
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Instructional Design, Education, Digital Content Creation, Communications, or a related field in Learning and Development.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms, video editing software, and graphic design tools.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360 and Rise, Synesthesia) is a plus.
- Basic skills in video recording, editing, and photography.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

We offer
We offer you an internship in a multicultural, dynamic, and informal international working environment:
- 6 months full-time internship, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Internship compensation, € 800,- gross per month based on 40 hours per week.
- Starting date: February/March 2026.
- The internship needs to be a part of your study program, graduates are not allowed to apply.
