About the team

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Facility Management Intern (Bachelor level) to support the Facility & Operations team at the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center (CAC) in Maastricht.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic international corporate environment.

These will be your tasks and responsibilities:

• Assist in coordination of facility services (cleaning, maintenance, catering, security)
• Support daily building operations
• Contribute to health & safety initiatives (BHV/ERO)
• Support ServiceNow requests handling
• Assist in vendor management and follow-up
• Participate in facility-related improvement projects
• Support reporting and administrative tasks

This is what we are looking for:

• Bachelor student in Facility Management or related field
• Strong interest in facility operations and safety
• Proactive and structured mindset
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  
  

  Knowledge of MS Office

• Team player with independent working ability
