At the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center (CAC) in Maastricht, you play a key role in supporting customers and partners worldwide while representing one of the world’s most respected brands. We belong to the Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service & Parts division and we work closely with other departments and divisions to deliver the best customer journey possible. With an international team of over 1,000 colleagues, our mission is to provide an exceptional experience for our customers, as well as supporting retail and logistics organizations.
Within the Business Intelligence Competence Centre of Mercedes benz Customer Assistance Centre, we are looking for an intern with a strong interest in Data Science and AI. The main focus will be on designing and implementing a Customer 360 graph model that links multiple dimensions such as customer contact cases, vehicle information, customer information, and related entities. Additionally, you will support Product Ownership activities within our Agile teams.

The task of the BICC department is to provide transparency to the organization with regards to the performance and quality of our contact centers, agents, dealers, MOC’s vehicles and processes as well as the satisfaction of our customers with these products and services.
The BICC team consists of: Business Intelligence & Data Science.
