International Account Manager

THE POSITION

As International Account Manager, you are responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with international customers and partners.

You understand customer needs, identify business opportunities and translate these into solutions together with HaikuTech’s technical specialists. You manage your accounts independently and contribute directly to the company’s international growth.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and develop international key accounts, customers and partners.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision makers and technical stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Manage the sales process from first contact through quotation, negotiation and closing.
• Translate customer needs and market developments into commercial opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering, project management and other internal teams.
• Represent HaikuTech at customer visits, trade fairs and international industry events.
• Monitor markets, competitors and technological developments.
• Contribute to sales targets and the continued growth of HaikuTech.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor or Master level, preferably in a Chemical Engineering or Material Science.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in international B2B sales, account management or business development.
• Experience with complex technical products, equipment or projects is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial, communication and negotiation skills.
• Good technical understanding and genuine interest in technology.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately 30–40%.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
