Are you a finance professional with a strong grasp of international accounting standards and a passion for compliance? PQ Silicas is looking for a Financial Accountant / Reporting to join our team in Eijsden.

Your Role

As a Financial Accountant, you’ll ensure financial compliance for PQ Silicas B.V. and related entities. You’ll coordinate statutory reporting, support audits, and maintain a strong internal control environment—all while working closely with the Regional Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial accounting for Dutch entities, ensuring fiscal and statutory compliance.
• Prepare statutory accounts and support external audits.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Serve as a backup to the Regional Controller.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–10 years of experience in financial/business support roles.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (US GAAP preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
• Proactive, accurate, and a strong team player.
