We are the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Centre Maastricht. Years of experience and our strong focus on customer centricity have given us the expertise to steer and develop global Customer Contact Centers (CCC) around the world. We belong to the Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service & Parts division and collaborate closely with other departments and divisions to create the best customer journey.

With an international team of over 1000 colleagues, we work to create the ultimate customer experience not only for the drivers of our vehicles but also in support of the retail and logistics organizations.

About the team

As part of our Customer Advocacy Team, you'll be the superstar who takes customer care to the next level. With your friendly voice and expert problem-solving skills, you'll become the trusty go-to for our clients. You'll also be the glue that binds our customers and Mercedes-Benz together, making sure everyone's needs are heard and addressed. Your mission? To make our clients' day and keep them coming back for more.

Here's a sneak peek of what you'll be doing:

  • As the go-to person for customer complaints and concerns, you'll be shining like a pro, providing rapid and courteous assistance via all available channels.
  • You'll be on top of your game, managing global Roadside Assistance emergencies like a boss.
  • With ears perked up and heart open, you'll be listening to customer feedback, getting to the bottom of their needs and wants, and making them feel heard.
  • When things get a bit hairy, you'll know exactly when to send out the bat signal, quickly and eff ectively escalating any complex issues to the right people.
  • Never missing a beat, you'll keep meticulous records of customer interactions, jotting down complaints, resolutions, and feedback.
  • You'll be like an eagle-eyed detective, spotting patterns and trends in customer inquiries, and coming up with clever ways to prevent recurring issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Finally, you'll be instrumental in the development and implementation of customer-focused initiatives and programs. Are you ready to be a customer service superstar?


    These will be your tasks and responsibilities:

    We're on the hunt for a people person with a passion for customer service. Here's what we'd love to see on you:


    • You've been in the customer service game for 2+ years, or something similar.
    • You're a communication superstar, with excellent written and spoken English.
    • You're a natural-born problem solver with a can-do attitude.
    • Tricky customers don't scare you. You stay cool as a cucumber under pressure.
    • You're all heart when it comes to helping customers. Empathy is your middle name.
    • You're a detail-oriented, organized master of time management.
    • You play well with others but also thrive working solo.
    • You're a software whizz, with experience using customer support software and CRM systems.
    • You're flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

    And one more thing: you're ready to pack your bags and relocate to Maastricht, The Netherlands.


    This is what we are looking for:

    • Proficient level in English, written and spoken
    • Higher vocational or academic level through education or experience
    • Highly professional and consistent communication skills
    • Ability to manage complexity under high pressure and stress
    • Out of the box thinking, think in solutions, not problems
    • Demonstrate independent working, taking responsibility and accountability in daily work
    • Demonstrate active attitude in own development of knowledge and skills
    • Strongly oriented to customer satisfaction and quality of service
