Senior System Administrator in Sittard

As Senior System Administrator – Endpoint lead you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Design, implement, and optimize endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Windows Autopilot.
• Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and performance while supporting the resolution of complex technical escalations.
• Collaborate with Security, Architecture, Operations, and other stakeholders to define policies, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coach technical outsourced team members, ensuring consistent implementation of endpoint management practices across the organization.
• Drive endpoint governance, device lifecycle management, patching, automation, and standardization to enhance efficiency and security.
• Develop and maintain documentation, align stakeholders, and contribute to the strategic roadmap for endpoint management services.

What do you bring?

• 5+ years of experience within endpoint management;
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or something similar;
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager, Windows Autopilot, device lifecycle management;
• Strong knowledge of endpoint architecture, device provisioning, configuration management, standardization, endpoint security hardening, and compliance
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead and coach your team;
• Experience working across IT domains;
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
