As a QC Associate I – Raw Materials, you play a key role in ensuring that all incoming materials meet the required quality standards before being released for production. In this role, you are responsible for sampling, coordinating testing and managing documentation in line with GMP requirements. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment where communication, flexibility and ownership are essential.

What you will do

• Perform quality activities related to the release of incoming raw materials.
• Coordinate material flow and collaborate closely with Supply Chain.
• Perform sampling of incoming materials and initiate testing or shipment to external laboratories.
• Review and manage test results to ensure timely and compliant release of materials.
• Maintain retention samples and manage inventory accurately.
• Initiate and document quality events such as deviations, CRFs and OOS results.
• Ensure accurate documentation and traceability in line with GMP standards.
• Physically reject non-compliant materials when required.
  
  

What we are looking for

• MLO or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, biological or related field.
• 0–4 years of experience within a QC or GMP-regulated environment.
• Affinity with raw materials, sampling or laboratory testing.
• Basic knowledge of GMP regulations is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and/or LIMS is a strong plus.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse or supply chain environments within GMP is also considered relevant.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and ad-hoc tasks.
• Accurate, structured and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
