Program Coordinator in Well

Job Summary

The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and assessing student-centered programs and initiatives that enhance the overall student experience. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating events, and supporting the mission of the Office of Student Affairs by fostering an inclusive and supportive campus environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program Coordination

  • Plan, develop, and execute programs that promote student engagement, personal development, and academic success.
  • Organize orientation sessions, workshops, and events for new students.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure programming aligns with institutional goals.

Student Support

  • Serve as a resource and point of contact for students, providing guidance on available services and programs.
  • Address student concerns and relate issues to appropriate staff or departments when necessary.

Event Management

  • Coordinate logistics for events, including scheduling, budgeting, communication, and evaluation.
  • Ensure events are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with the needs of a diverse student population.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain accurate records of programs, attendance, and feedback.
  • Prepare reports on program effectiveness and student engagement.
  • Assist with the development and distribution of communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and social media posts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Driving licence
  • Emergency Responder Certification (mandatory) – Training will be provided.
  • 2–3 years of experience in program coordination, event planning, or a related role in higher education.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in English, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with diverse student populations and international programs.
  • Familiarity with student development theory and best practices in student affairs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software (e.g., event management or CRM tools).

Work Environment and Schedule

  • This position may require evening and weekend work to support events and student activities.
  • Some travel may be required for day trips, excursions, conferences or professional development.
  • Full time ( 36 hours )
  • 3150 euro gross monthly ( excl. Pension benefits )
  • Shifts are Monday - Friday 8.15 am - 3.45 pm; 3.45 pm - 11.15 pm and every 3rd weekend shifts, Saturday 8.15 am - 3.45 pm and Sunday 3.45 pm - 11.15 pm
  • Travel costs as of 0.23 euro per km
