Your role as a Manufacturing Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are the link between Product Development and our manufacturing facility in Indonesia. You make sure that innovative ideas can be translated into production processes that are both reliable and efficient. In this role, you introduce new manufacturing methods and support and improve existing production lines. You also ensure that all manufacturing documentation is clear, compliant, and up to date. Thanks to your work, every product we deliver meets the highest standards of quality and manufacturability.

This is an on-site role, supported by our company’s hybrid work policy. The position also requires a willingness to travel for business.

Your responsibilities

• Evaluate the manufacturability of new designs and define/approve production processes, work instructions, and process parameters in collaboration with Product Development;
• Perform and assist with Verification and Validation (V&V) activities and documentation;
• Coordinate pilot and validation runs, support PFMEA and process capability analyses, and determine tooling and equipment requirements to ensure a robust scale‑up to production;
• Support existing production lines by providing daily engineering guidance, resolving production issues and nonconformities, and driving improvements that strengthen process stability and efficiency;
• Maintain and manage manufacturing documentation and changes, including reviewing, approving, and updating work instructions, process flows, and control plans, as well as supporting change management activities (ECOs, process changes, and documentation updates);
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and controlled manufacturing documentation in line with product, regulatory, and quality system requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, risk management, validation);
• Provide technical documentation support for internal, supplier, and regulatory audits, ensuring full compliance with applicable standards.

You are a technically skilled professional who enjoys working at the intersection of engineering, production, and quality. You know how to translate complex technical requirements into processes that are practical, reliable and suitable for manufacturing. You like being hands‑on and working closely with cross‑functional teams across different locations and time zones. With your clear communication and structured way of working, new processes are introduced smoothly. At the same time, you keep existing production lines stable and of high quality. What you bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline;
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrialization, or process engineering;
• The ability to assess manufacturability and translate design requirements into processes that are ready for production;
• Experience with new process introductions, product transfers, and hands‑on support for production lines, including troubleshooting and improvements;
• Strong skills in reviewing, approving, and keeping manufacturing documentation accurate and up to date;
• A structured problem‑solving approach, including root cause analysis and implementation of effective corrective actions;
• Experience collaborating with international or remote manufacturing partners;
• The ability to work independently while staying aligned with cross‑functional stakeholders;
• Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices is a strong plus.
