The function

As a Finance Manager, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring accurate recording, reporting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversight of accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Leading and developing a team of finance professionals.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and internal reports.
  • Managing cash and interest management processes.
  • Handling all tax-related tasks, including VAT, company income tax, and transfer pricing documentation.
  • Motivating and developing a team of accounting professionals to achieve targets.
  • Maintenance and development of financial systems to support organizational needs.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in accounting, finance & controlling, treasury and tax, leadership experience
  • Specific knowledge of Accounting, Financial and controlling processes tax regulation, local market understanding, fluent in English
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
