In this role you will collaborate directly with managers, team leads and employees. Your partnership with various stakeholders supports key people decision making on topics like performance management, employee engagement, business culture, employee experience, career planning and talent development. Your input leads to a co-creation of our people’s agenda.

You will report to the Head HR Netherlands and Italy and be responsible for inspiring change management and reorganization efforts.

What you’ll do:

• Provide strategic HR partnership to business leaders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Lead HR support for sites in the Netherlands and Italy, managing HR services and centers of expertise.
• Drive business transformation and change management initiatives.
• Coordinate reorganization processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with business and HR colleagues on cultural development and performance improvements.
• Apply insights to drive improvements in HR processes and business outcomes.
• Report to the Head HR Netherlands and Italy, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• For this position there is no visa sponsorship available.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Economics, Psychology, or Law.
• At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within an international human resources context, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in an international company, including HR operating models with outsourcing, centralized HR Services and matrix structures.
• Broad understanding of different HR aspects, including using information and analytics to build and deliver appropriate people and improvement plans.
• Experience in mentoring leaders, assessing their potential and accelerating their development.
• Ability to assess risks, align operations with strategy and ensure daily work supports broader business goals.
• Strategic and analytical skills with the capacity to work autonomously in high-ambiguity situations.
• Outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect across all organizational levels both verbally and in writing.
• High level of ethics and integrity.
• Proficient in English, with Dutch being preferable.
