As a Biotech Associate in Geleen, you will contribute directly to the manufacturing of advanced cell therapy products in a GMP cleanroom environment. This is a hands-on role where precision, teamwork and quality mindset are essential to delivering life-changing therapies to patients.

What you will do

• Perform cell and tissue culture activities in accordance with GMP procedures.
• Execute manufacturing steps such as media preparation, cell expansion and harvesting.
• Complete production documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Identify and report deviations to ensure compliance and product quality.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and follow strict aseptic techniques.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.
• Collaborate closely with QA, QC and MSAT to ensure smooth production processes.

What we are looking for

• Completed laboratory training, vocational education or a bachelor’s degree in biotechnology, biology or a related field.
• Experience in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
• Ability to follow procedures accurately and work in a structured manner.
• Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in a shift pattern, including evenings and weekends.
