As a Production Support Associate, you play an essential role in preparing and maintaining our GMP cleanroom environment. You support manufacturing teams by ensuring materials, equipment and work areas are compliant, organized and ready for production. This hands-on position offers a strong foundation for growth within manufacturing and operations.

What you will get

What you will do

• Work closely with your team to ensure materials and garments are always available for production.
• Prepare and maintain clean, well-organized support areas so each shift can start smoothly.
• Manage materials using first-expiry-first-out principles in line with GMP.
• Handle waste disposal, garment exchange and equipment movement efficiently and safely.
• Contribute to cleanroom cleaning activities and perform environmental sampling when required.
• Keep documentation accurate and up to date, and proactively report any deviations.

What we are looking for

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics or a cleanroom environment is a plus.
• A careful, responsible and structured way of working.
• Willingness to follow procedures and work according to GMP standards.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to support operational needs.
