About the team
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Analyst with strong skills in AFAS (or similar accounting software) and proficiency in Excel.
You will handle financial processing, reconciliations, and support monthly closing activities.
The role requires accuracy, independence, and good communication in both English and Dutch.
These will be your tasks and responsibilities:
- Process AP/AR transactions
- Post and review financial entries
- Perform general ledger reconciliations
- Support month-end/year-end close
- Assist with reports and audit documentation

- Proficient level in English and Dutch written and spoken
- Higher vocational or academic level through education or experience
- Highly professional and consistent communication skills
- Ability to manage complexity under high pressure and stress
- Out of the box thinking, think in solutions, not problems
- Demonstrate independent working, taking responsibility and accountability in daily work
- Demonstrate active attitude in own development of knowledge and skills
- Strongly oriented to customer satisfaction and quality of service
- Several years of experience in financial administration
- Experience with AFAS or comparable systems
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills
