The Sr. Process operator serves as the primary point of contact for process operators in the Production Support department. Their key responsibility is to carry out process-related tasks in a cleanroom setting, ensuring compliance with GMP regulations. These tasks encompass cryopreservation and Filter Integrity Testing, among others. Additionally, the Sr. Process operator will step in as a substitute or representative for the Production Support Process Lead when needed. This job is 80% lab work.

Key responsibilities:

• Executes the cryopreservation activities according to the schedule.
• Executes the transfer, storage and removal of cryopreserved samples.
• Executes Filter Integrity Testing activities.
• Provides feedback on process improvements and assists the supervisor in implementing these improvements in order to gain efficiencies in routine activities.
• Provides training, guidance and supervision to Process operators on process related activities.
• Executes performance (re)qualifications of equipment

Key requirements:

• B.Sc in Logistics or Pharma, or level acquired by experience
• English language skills, both vocal and written. Dutch is preferred.
• Starting from 4 years of relevant experience (science or logistics)
• Open for continue shift work
• Dutch working permit
