Location: Geleen, Netherlands
Full Time, On Site.
MSAT Manager oversees several MSAT Scientists and ensures the timely completion of MSAT deliverables for process transfer, clinical and commercial phases of products. This function provides guidance to the team members and ensures the team performance at expected level and manages proper interaction between her/his team with other internal and external parties.

The expected gross salary for this position in Netherlands is between EUR 74,250 and EUR 103,950, including 8% holiday allowance. The salary scale depends on job-related factors, such as your work experience, education and expected contribution.
What you will do:
- Accountable for technical aspects of a process lifecycle in the Lonza NL organization
- Ensure tech transfers are following internal established New product introduction (NPI) principles.
- Maintain technical knowledge and GMP expertise by assigning adequate process SME’s.
- Ensure readiness for audits and to provide the necessary support in any internal or external audit.
- Ensures and encourages an LEAN manufacturing environment
- Ensures full adherence to Lonza Quality standards for all activities performed under his/her supervision and GMP guidelines in general.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated knowledge of technology transfer processes and product lifecycle management within a regulated environment.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, communicating clearly, professionally, and transparently.
- Experience leading, developing, and supporting team members, including involvement in recruitment, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, and training activities within MSAT.
- Ability to work independently within areas of responsibility, prioritising activities effectively and ensuring the timely delivery of objectives and team outcomes.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the ability to respond professionally and adapt positively to changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
- Experience with TrackWise and/or statistical analysis software would be advantageous.
