What are your responsibilities?

As a domestic care employee you will work for the client. You regularly visit your client and you help them with household tasks that they can no longer do themselves. During your working hours we encourage you to build on a social connection with your clients as well, for instance by having a chat and cup of coffee, if appreciated by the client.

The household tasks you take on differ per client. Examples of tasks that you could be performing within the household are: cleaning the kitchen, vacuuming, dusting, ironing, cleaning the toilet, bathroom and doing groceries. In addition to these tasks, you have a signaling function. If you, for example, notice that your client is becoming forgetful or has physical complaints, it is your responsibility to report this to your manager. In this way we can ensure that your client receives the correct help and attention, so your client can live at home for as long as possible.

What does Envida expect from you?

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You are reliable;
• You have your own transport (in Heuvelland a car or scooter is required, in Maastricht a bicycle or scooter is sufficient).

What can you expect from Envida?

• We offer the possibility to work from Monday to Friday between 08:30 and 20:00;
• We offer the possibility to indicate on which days and times you want to work;
• We offer the possibility to indicate yourself how many hours you want to work (minimum 3 and maximum 28 hours per week);
• You will receive a salary 13.27 gross per hour. Next to this you also will receive holiday pay and a year-end bonus;
• You will receive a reimbursement for the travel costs you incur to travel between clients;
• We offer various training and development opportunities;
