What skills would those be, you ask?

  • A proven track record in end-to-end recruitment gained from a mix of in-house, agency, and/or RPO experience. Experience in a high-tech or start-up environment will make you even more interesting to us.
  • True enjoyment of a combination of inbound and outbound recruitment.
  • Having had international exposure, either recruiting for different locations or identifying international candidates for local roles.
  • You’re up to date about the latest sourcing trends and know your candidate markets.
  • Flexibility, creativity, maturity, and the ability to work well in a team are some of your best qualities.

  • Seeking and finding a wide range of talent, focusing on our Factory hires software developers, technical animators, content creators, and more.
  • Handling the recruitment process end-to-end and providing us with top-level candidates.
  • Working closely with our hiring managers to identify, select, and hire the right candidates for us, as well as serving as a trusted adviser with clear insight into the candidate market.
  • Expanding our talent network by organizing and attending events ranging from recruitment drives to knowledge networking, trade shows, and hackathons.
  • Improving our working methods and refining our recruitment strategy.

Be ready to work with interdisciplinary teams on-site. We are scientists, storytellers, artists, and developers all working to craft something magnificent. And we can only do it together.
