What skills would those be, you ask?

• 5 years of experience as an IT senior or in an equivalent leadership role.
• Experience with order, provision and maintenance of software and hardware licenses will help a lot.
• Strong critical thinking skills and some good old common sense.
• You leave room for the unexpected, seamlessly adjusting to shifts and changes in priorities.
• You don’t shy away from making decisive choices when duty calls.
• The ability to design and deliver clear instructions to your team members.
• Your ability to maturely challenge, and cooperate, with colleagues in the quest to discover the best possible solutions.
• Providing valuable insights to your colleagues and stakeholders.
• Experience working in an agile environment will be incredibly useful.

• Structuring and assigning tasks and ensuring their timely delivery.
• Managing, setting up, and improving new and old processes.
